NAWC AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS
Lisle, IL May 18, 2003 - NAWC President Dionie Bibat announced today of future
NAWC board plans for the formation of NAWC Local and Regional Affiliate
organizations.
"We want to build an organization that continues to offer support and
encouragement to WCC's beyond their basic certification" stated Bibat. "The
founding principle of the NAWC was to join and bring disciplines together, in an
effort to improve the delivery of wound and skin care management across the
United States, and by expanding our reach with local NAWC chapters, we feel we
can touch more lives and make that impact"
Affiliate chapter protocols and by laws are in the process of completion and will
be available to WCC's by the June, 2003.
