DM Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of medical products in the
wound care market. Our team of forward-thinking clinicians sensed the need for
unique products not readily available for patient care and comfort. As a result, DM
Systems created the following effective solutions for a cost-conscious medical
marketplace: The Heelift® Suspension Boot, available in both convoluted and
smooth foam, prevent and treat heal ulcers by suspending the heel in
pressure-free space. The Heelift® Traction Boot prevents fracture pain with up to
ten pounds of straight skin traction and the added benefits of the existing Heelift®
line. The Elbowlift®  Suspension Pad prevents elbow discomfort and injuries by
suspending the elbow in a pressure-free space.

Medela, Inc. has expanded its product offering of evidence-based medical
technology to include advanced wound care.  The Invia Healing System is a negative
pressure wound therapy system that promotes healing of wounds such as stage III
and IV pressure ulcers, diabetic/neuropathic ulcers, traumatic, chronic, and acute
wounds.  The Invia Healing System features a dual-infection prevention mechanism
that involves negative pressure removing infectious materials from a wound and an
antimicrobial gauze-based dressing kit designed to stop infection before it starts.
The Invia dressing kit also includes a non-adherent wound contact layer that protects
granulation tissue leaving new tissue intact and minimizes patient discomfort during
dressing changes.  The Invia Healing System is easy to use and administer. For
